Terms of Service.
Plain-language terms for working with Designer Panda. We want the relationship to be clear before we begin.
Agreement
By engaging Designer Panda for any design service — including logo design, brand identity, social media design, website design, packaging design, or any related service — you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between Designer Panda ("Studio") and the client ("you").
Project scope & quotes
All projects begin with a written brief and a quoted scope. Work outside the agreed scope is subject to additional fees, discussed and approved before work proceeds. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Payment terms
Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and before final file delivery. For ongoing retainer engagements, invoices are issued monthly and due within 7 days. Late payments may result in work pauses.
Revisions
Each project package includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the project brief. Revisions beyond the agreed rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate. Revisions must be requested in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom design work created for your project transfers to you as the client. Designer Panda retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
We treat all project briefs, business information, and client data as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to complete your project (e.g., print vendors) or as required by law.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, approving concepts in a timely manner, and ensuring you have the rights to any content (photos, copy, logos) you supply to us. Designer Panda is not liable for errors arising from client-supplied content.
Cancellations
If you cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced and due upon cancellation. Completed and approved deliverables are non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
Designer Panda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
